The bargain John Lewis Nouveau Changing unit in ivory is one of the classiest pieces of nursery furniture we have ever seen. John Lewis are not well known for doing cheap nursery furniture but the price of this piece of nursery furniture means it beats many of the rival baby furniture stores.
We love the fact that John Lewis understands the importance of having a bit of space next to the changer area for your cotton wool, spare nappies, muslins and creams etc and so the changer top is split in half. Half of the top of the cheap nursery furniture changing unit has a protective rail to stop the baby sliding off and the other half is for all your baby changing equipment.
The cheap Nouveau Changing unit has plenty of storage space and we challenge you to fill it all up!

We are so happy with this John lewis Nouveau chest. We bought all 3 pieces in the range after trawling other offers from other suppliers and the value for this range seemed excellent. We bought the wardrobe, chest and cot from this range for around £600. The finish is very resilient (looks like it will take years of bashing and banging). And it has a really nice "Soft modern" look that fits really well in our nursery. All the edges are nicely rounded and safe and I get so man comments from our friends on how much they love it. The chest has one side with a door that has 2 shelves. I use the top for my son and the bottom for my daughter. On the other side there are open shelves That are really useful and we have put some storage boxes in there for small socks and pants. The cabinet has an overhanging top and tapering feet that really make this product look great against the ordinary competitor products on the market. I love the fact that they also have a bed in the range that we can buy when our daughter outgrows the cot so that we can continue to use the wardrobe and cabinet. I VERY heartily recommend this to anyone thinking of a nursery range!!!
